Istiqlal Qadri was elected president of the Berrechid Community

On Saturday evening, Tariq Al-Qadri, from the Independence Party, was elected president of the collective council of the city of Berrechid, under heavy security guard and cordoning off the polling place with iron barriers, in anticipation of any emergency during the work of electing the components of the council, which was hosted in one of the halls of the Higher Institute of Computers and Management in the same city, and lasted approximately 4 Hours under the supervision of the Pasha, the capital of Awlad Hariz. The same sources confirmed that Tariq al-Qadri of the Independence Party received 33 votes, while two abstained. Meanwhile, 14 members of the National Rally of Independents withdrew from the session, immediately after the vote on the president, in protest against what Hespress sources described as “the failure to implement the requirements of the last tripartite alliance between the Authenticity, Modernity and Independence Party and the National Rally of Independents.”Hespress sources from the city of Berrechid reported that Tariq al-Qadri's victory at the head of the Awlad Hariz capital council was not surprising, especially after signing a previous moral charter, in which a number of advisors belonging to six parties pledged to assign the presidency of the council to the 'Al-Mizan Party' in the person of its representative al-Qadri, but the surprise It was the withdrawal of the members of the National Rally of Independents after the election of the president, and the move directly to negotiations on the composition of the remaining representatives of the running office of the territorial group in Berrechid. In the same context, seven Vice-Presidents were elected, the first of whom was Abd al-Rahim Kamili, the second of whom was Manal Badel, the third of whom was Abd al-Ghani Shakir, then Abd al-Salam Zad al-Khair, followed by Balal al-Nasiri, followed by Najat Bensultana, and then Moussa Khadraoui; While the writing of the council returned to Muhammad Lahrizi and his deputy, Fatna Kathari. It should be noted that the communal council of Berrechid consists of 35 seats, 12 of which are for women’s representation, and 18 lists competed over them, while the results resulted in the National Rally of Independents winning 14 seats, Authenticity and Modernity 8 seats, while Istiklal ranked third with 5 Seating. The Constitutional Union ranked fourth with two seats, followed by Justice and Development with two seats as well. The Alliance of the Left, Progress and Socialism, the Socialist Union of Popular Forces and the Popular Movement each won one seat each.
